3. Processing of personal data

Punamusta processes the customer's personal information for the following purposes:

  • customer relationship management
  • supply and development of industry-specific products and services
  • customer communication

5. From where sources of personal data are collected

We collect personal information directly from customers at the beginning of the relationship and during the duration of the customer relationship. In addition, you can update your personal information through digital services. Punamusta also receives personal information updates through the companies that provide them.

6. Cookies

To monitor the use of content on the user's computer, cookies. Cookies gather information on how and when services are used. With this information, services are further developed to serve the user better. The information collected by the cookies does not identify a single user. Punamusta does not disclose customer information to outside parties, except for the statutory disclosure of information to the authorities. Information will not be released outside the EU or the European Economic Area.

8. Principles of registry protection

The data is stored in databases of information systems. The system information is only processed by employees of Punamusta or its parent companies who are entitled to work on their behalf. Registry users have their own usernames and passwords. Punamusta prevents unauthorized access to personal data through websites. The encrypted connection is always used for the transfer of personal data.

9. Right of inspection, right of withdrawal

You have the right to inspect and correct your information stored in the Punamusta Information Systems by contacting the Group's industry-specific customer service. The customer also has the right to request the removal of his or her data if the following criteria are met: - personal data no longer needed for the purposes for which they were processed - the customer withdraws his consent to the processing of his / her personal data and no other legitimate grounds for processing. The applicable law or other regulatory authority may prevent the deletion of data.

10. Updating the Privacy Statement

Punamusta will change the Privacy Statement if necessary, especially when services are being developed. When the privacy statement has been changed, the latest date for change can be found at the top of the Privacy Statement.
